GRIND DECLARATION OF WAR :

Formed early 2005 as a way of bringing a little more muscle into the Trondheim/Norwegian music scene after years of semi hardcore and wimpy metal crap domination. All members are old enough to remember the glory days of tapetrading and the spirit of the early days of the scene, a spirit Sexy Police invokes today. Oldschool death metal, thrash metal, crust and grindcore are all parts of the Sexy Police sound. Master/Deathstrike, Voivod, Autopsy, Amebix, Axegrinder, Skitsystem, Sadistik Exekution, Impetigo, Napalm Death, Repulsion, Carcass & Hellhammer are all sources of inspiration. Their sonic assault is dark, fast and filthy. The lyrics deal with the hatred one builds up by living in a world that is heading straight to hell. Sexy Police have been hailed as Norway's leading grindcore band. After playing countless concerts in Norway, Sexy Police toured scandinavia (Corpses Of The Scandinavia Tour) with Dead Infection & Grindcrusher in spring 2009.
